Medical Malpractice

Medical Malpractice occurs when a health care provider falls below the standard of care required of the provider in a particular community and results in harm to the patient.  Health care providers include those charged with an obligation to medically treat a patient and often include physicians, nurses, hospitals, therapists, dentists and chiropractors.  Some examples of medical errors include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Injuries during childbirth
  • Prescribing incorrect medication
  • Mistakes during surgery
  • Failure to properly diagnose and/or treat a medical condition
  • Nursing home abuse
  • Dental malpractice

If you or someone you know has experienced injury as the result of medical malpractice, please contact us immediately to discuss the options available to pursue your legal rights.  We only get paid attorney’s fees if you recover money on your medical malpractice claim.
